Toni McClintock
Toni McClintock’s specialization is helping people, using logic, strong communication skills, and strategic planning. In the past 15 years her focus on cultural exchange and enrichment, as well as an awakening to social justice, has made her an advocate for inclusion, a supporter of multiculturalism, and a promoter for ongoing learning. This has now inspired her in her new role to help others around the globe foster more enriching, successful, and meaningful engagement in their careers. As a facilitator/consultant focusing on inclusion, interpersonal skills, and team development, Toni utilizes her strengths from these years of experience and insight.
After early corporate roles in trust administration and office management, Toni moved into volunteer roles, devoting over 20 years to facilitating and optimizing effective, innovative programs and events for students and adults. She designed and implemented an After School Enrichment Program at her children’s school in Santa Barbara, California. When she moved to Paris, France in 2007, she took on many individual and team roles at her children’s international school, such as organizing New Parents’ Adaptation Nights, Bilingual Conversation Groups, and Global Cuisine events. As a member of the Parent Board and Parent Events Team, she gained valuable insight into cultural differences and team dynamics. Toni was a speaker at Bloom Where You’re Planted, a yearly newcomers’ event in Paris, where she spoke about education options and adaptation. She also wrote a successful novel: All Abroad: 3 Kids, 2 Years, 1 New Perspective; An American Family in Paris.
Toni has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Toni is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach and certified in psychometric testing assessments, which give insight into people’s skills, knowledge abilities, personality traits, attitudes, and job/academic potential. This along with her focus on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging and her cultural experience gives her a unique perspective as a facilitator and coach to help people attain deep, valid self-knowledge and optimize job satisfaction in today’s global world.
