Finding Your Strengths

This workshop uses the CliftonStrengths tool. It allows you to understand individually your unique strengths as well as understand and value each other’s strengths as a team.  You will learn to leverage strengths individually and as a team to become even higher performing.  You will also learn together and create trust and understanding.

Confidence

Impostor syndrome exists when you think it‘s only a question of time before someone discovers that you aren’t up to the job.

This workshop will allow each participant to build a confidence ‘bank account’ into which you can make deposits (of successes) and from which you can make withdrawals (of perceived failures). We also know our overall confidence is made up of our mindset, our inner voice, and our behavior and you will learn how to work on one or all of these aspects to improve your confidence.

Communication, Feedback and Courageous Conversations

A workshop designed to help you to improve your communications by focusing on the most important skills for effective communication centered around active listening and empathy. You will also learn to have the conversations you need to be having. It provides an insight into what keeps you from having these conversations and a practical structure to help you navigate your difficult conversations along with a selection of tactics to control and regulate your reactions.

Intercultural Awareness

This workshop helps you gain an understanding of culture, the dimensions of culture, and how they apply to individuals and countries. By using a proven cultural dimensions tool, you learn techniques to break down cultural barriers, build cultural bridges, and learn how to value and appreciate those different from us.

Problem Solving and Decision Making

This workshop defines problem-solving and decision-making and demonstrates how both skills are intricately linked together.  It will also allow you to make better decisions through critical thinking and creative problem solving, by using a whole-brain approach that fosters creativity and logic. This will allow you to select the best decision given the specific situation by applying processes to assess issues and problems individually and as a group.

Conscious Inclusion and How To Be An Upstander

We believe in a culture of looking out for one another. Many of us are asking what we can do to push for equity and be an ally to our friends and colleagues. This workshop will help you understand what causes you to hesitate, freeze, and ultimately not act. Then learn tools that will support you in moving forward and taking a supportive and productive stance, using a 4-step model that enables you to be an Upstander and speak up when others are being bullied or harassed and contribute to a supportive environment where all members are able to do their best work and be their best self.

Great things in business are never done by one person. They’re done by a team of people.
