Coaching

Coaching takes development to a deeper, more sustainable level and is essential in an increasingly complex, ambiguous, and high-paced work environment.  

We offer both individual and team coaching services that aim to maximize potential and reach strategic objectives through a creative and thought-provoking process.  

All coaching engagements include a self-assessment, such as Myers-Briggs or CliftonStrengths, a goal-setting session, and a defined period of coaching, review, and action planning.

Individual Coaching

The individual coaching process helps to support and grow employees and leaders to face new challenges or prepare to take on more responsibilities. The coaching process is designed to lead to behavioral changes and the acquisition of new skills that directly yield better business results through increased emotional intelligence, self-awareness and higher levels of resilience.

Team/Collective Coaching

The team coaching process helps teams align around a common purpose, establish a shared vision, define clear roles, commit to team accountability, make powerful choices, and take affirmative actions.    

Coaching provides the structure, support, and empowerment that allows teams to learn, practice, and integrate new behavior over time.  

A new awareness is important and it is new behavior following the awareness that creates sustainable change. To become a more effective, more collaborative team, and to improve a team’s ability to deliver results is a change process that requires time and guidance.
