Rhonda Bernard

Rhonda Bernard is the founder of Beacon of Light, a consulting, training, and coaching services company.  As a coach, facilitator, and consultant with nearly 20 years of senior-level human resources and leadership experience, she partners with leaders and teams to develop strategies and programs that align with company culture, are regionally relevant, while also reflecting contemporary, global inclusion and diversity thinking and guidelines, and supporting business objectives.   

She is a talented facilitator who brings energy, passion, and drive that creates an environment where people come together and learn. 

Rhonda has partnered with global executives to provide innovative and practical solutions for all elements of the talent life cycle, especially, focusing on leadership and team development, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB), culture, talent planning, and performance growth.   

She has also coached individuals and teams to reach their full potential, take on new challenges, create stronger alliances and develop more competencies. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation.  

Rhonda has an MBA from Georgia State University, specializing in organizational development, as well as being certified in Mind Gym and Myers Briggs Type Instrument. She has worked in a variety of international companies, including Imerys, Antalis, and The Estée Lauder Companies, bringing her unique perspectives and passion to vastly different organizations.  

Rhonda is a subject matter expert in culture, DEIB, leadership and team development, talent, and performance management. She has created and implemented a number of global programs for multinational companies, specifically on inclusion and diversity, change leadership, cultural transformation, and leadership pipeline development.  She was an integral part of leading the digital marketing transformation for The Estée Lauder Companies in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.  

Rhonda has a rich and diverse cultural background.  She is American, with a South Korean mother, an American military father, and a French husband. Rhonda has lived and worked all over the world; in the USA, Asia, Europe, and South America.  This has helped her understand the nuances and importance of different cultures.
