Great Listeners

I had the opportunity to work with Beacon of Light while I was leading quite a lot of transformation of the business models, and more importantly, our ways of working within the team. They were great listeners to understand my needs and then propose tailor-made programs in order to take the team on an essential journey. They notably built and animated Change Management workshops, which was crucial for my team and our transformation. They supported the workshop itself but also identified individual follow-ups that could support different team members’ needs.
